Eva Claire is a painter and printmaker, who studied at Goldsmiths and Chelsea UAL, having previously completed degrees at Sotheby's and the Courtauld. Before becoming a full-time artist, she worked in publishing at Phaidon Press, the Saatchi Gallery, and the Royal Academy of Arts. 

 

Through different series, Eva's work fuses psychology and popular culture. Her paintings often feature ready-made objects, combined with switched-up colour palettes. Visual similarities between lipsticks, skyscrapers and jets, for example, create connections between disparate worlds.
